By attending this event, you agree to the following:
1. Data Processing Consent: You consent to the processing of your personal data for the purposes of event organisation and administration.
2. Photography and Videography Release: You grant permission to the event organisers to photograph and/or record video footage of you during the event.

Use of Photos and Videos: You acknowledge and agree that the event organisers have the right to use any photographs and/or video recordings taken at the event, including your likeness, for internal communication purposes and for promotional materials on social media platforms and other promotional materials.
4. Ownership of Rights: You understand and agree that all rights to the photographs and video recordings, including but not limited to copyright, shall belong to the event organisers.
